Independent clinicians, working together

Each of us runs our own independent practice. What we share is one welcoming front door, giving families, GPs, schools and kindies a clearer pathway to the right clinician.

What You Get

Referrals

Suitable referrals matched and sent to you through our shared intake pathway.

Your Own Profile

A dedicated page featuring your photo, professional information and contact details.

Promote Your Groups

Relevant groups and programs listed and shared through our community channels.

Cross-Referrals

Connect with clinicians who understand each other’s work and can refer appropriately.

Collaborative Work

Opportunities to explore school, community and organisational projects together.

Looking Ahead

Why Now

Thriving Kids begins rolling out from October 2026, and from 2028 many children under eight will access support outside the NDIS. Families will still need us.

A connected group with a shared referral pathway is better placed to respond than any of us working alone.

Simple and Transparent

What It Costs

Listing is free while we build the network. If this changes, you’ll receive plenty of notice.

No listing fee While the network is being established

A Personal Note

A Note From Brooke

I started the Collective because families kept telling me the same thing: they didn’t know who to call. Good clinicians were here, but scattered.

One website, one referral pathway and a group of independent clinicians who back each other.
